Funderial is seeking motivated, driven, detail-oriented, well- spoken, Inside Sales Loan Specialists for our funding department.

To be successful as a Inside Sales Loan Specialist, you will consult and build rapport with business owners to introduce them to services that are best suited for their company's needs. Ultimately, a top-performing representative demonstrates expert knowledge on our commercial lending program, exceptional communication, analytical ability, and strong customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities, prospecting and building a pipeline of ongoing business relationship
  • Introducing alternative lending services that provide solid solutions based on the needs of the business
  • Consulting (Outbound/Inbound via a ‘Blended Call Center) with business owners to understand their financial lending needs
  • Coordinating efforts of communication between the business owner and the processing/underwriting department
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure a coordinated lending process that exceeds our highest standards
  • Working to achieve company sales goals while maintaining customer service excellence
  • Having a strong understanding of the company's alternative lending services as well as the ability to keep competitive in the lending markets
  • Identifying new sales opportunities, prospecting and building a pipeline of ongoing business relationships

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial approach and mindset
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong Organizational/ written/ oral communication skills
  • Fast thinking, high energy- Self Starter mentality
  • Prior experience with "Business Impact" selling skills
  • Recent College Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing helpful
  • Eager/Driven mindset to drive new business
  • Possess strong Opening/ Closing Skill Sets
  • Ability to make large volumes of outbound calls/field incoming as needed
  • Proficiency with Technology- Microsoft, Excel, Reporting- CRMs
  • Excellence in communication, presentation, and professionalism
  • Strong problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, written skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently as well as in groups
  • Strong understanding of the company's alternative services as well as ability to keep competitive in the financial markets.
  • Lives within commutable distance to down-town NYC
  • Full time Monday-Friday dedication in our NYC office

Salary: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off

Physical setting: Office

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate: New York, NY 10018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
