IT Support / Technical Specialist

Job Description:

Funderial is seeking an experienced IT Specialist / Network Admin to help administer IT systems across a wide range of departments and to aid in the development of its proprietary automated lending, sales and marketing platforms.

Join our team of fintech oriented business financing experts who specialize in offering same day and next day business funding solutions nationwide to small to mid sized businesses.

Business Financing and alternative lending is an exciting, fast paced industry with a diverse range of financial product offerings to small and mid sized businesses in a growing sector. In this role you'll have the opportunity to work directly with our business managers and directors oversee projects and aid day to day operations of various IT systems.


  • 2 years of experience in IT Support / Network Admin / Director
  • Project Management experience a must
  • Network Admin knowledge
  • 2+ years experience Salesforce Admin
  • Knowledge of call center management, database management
  • Desire to independently lead projects to a successful and timely conclusion by prioritizing and handling inquiries, feedback, testing through multiple involved parties.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
  • Technical aptitude to learn new products and features, to evaluate competitive advantages and to recommend technical solutions.


  • Help manage all IT needs of a nationwide hybrid workforce
  • Help Manage and administer large amounts of data in Excel and other systems
  • Administer aid in the development of company platforms
  • Maintain financial security software, help keep company data clean, secure & adopt standard archiving procedures
  • Develop and streamline automation for marketing & financial technologies

  • Salesforce: 2 years
  • Call Center Manager: 2 years

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $94,144.00 - $103,167.00 per year

Compensation package: Hourly pay, Yearly bonus

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
